The M.i.M. Mag Mission & the 3 Cs
Our mission is to combine content, conversation, and community to develop unity.
Acting as a community hub for all topics and interests, our organization works to help make the world a better place for all! We attempt to accomplish this with the implementation of the 3 Cs:
Content - Unification Through Composition
Our mission is to be a hub of content, providing both journalistic and more generalized content that’s compelling, genuine, inspiring, and informative – no matter what the topic. We believe information should be free – we’ll never put our content behind a paywall.
Our content instead works to connect with others, raise awareness about issues, share different perspectives, unify people, or otherwise start conversations to produce real solutions. We want to inform and inspire people, and ultimately encourage them to #GetinMotion!
While our organization produces content, we also plan to later provide a platform for our future community members to take part in our mission to create quality, objective, and relatable content coming from a diverse group of people. Community members will be encouraged to address issues or interests they have in their mediums of choice and share them with the rest of the community!
Conversation - Unification Through Communication
Our mission is to encourage conversation through our content and start and sustain those conversations in an active way to keep the momentum going! We want conversations to continue and turn into action in the real world. As people absorb information from the content we produce and the conversations surrounding it, we hope they start new conversations as they explore ideas and perspectives.
As part of our mission to unify people, we’re working on a community platform where people can really #GetinMotion. Part of that will include a space for objective conversations and respectful debate. This platform will uphold standards of respect and human dignity, promoting genuine conversations to unify rather than divide.
We work to understand and accept those who have different views and opinions through finding commonalities rather than differences; and we work to come together to compromise and create solutions instead of creating excuses.
We do not wish to bubble-wrap the world. Free speech is essential in a free society. That being said, words/language meant to cause harm, spread hate, divide or degrade are not tolerated. Our conversation platform is intended to be a place for respectful, purposeful discussions. And that ideal will be upheld by our team and our community members.
Community - Unification Through Collaboration
Our mission is ultimately to encourage people to #GetinMotion and be active in their own communities and the world around them. By growing our communities, whether here in Las Vegas or across the world, we grow stronger together.
For us, solidarity is key. As an organization, we are committed to being active and supportive of our community while standing with people to take action on various issues. That’s why we cover local organizations and businesses and do frequent community actions. We want to give a hand-up to as many people as possible and uphold the idea that helping one another makes the world a better place for everyone.
To fulfill our mission, our ultimate goal is to launch a community platform where people can start getting involved in the things they care about while getting incentivized for it and paying it forward in the process! A real and genuine community space with the purpose of taking action to make a difference.
We believe that every action is significant, no matter how small, and that action multiplies when we work together to accomplish our goals.

M - Model
Model a compelling & successful organizational structure, mixing journalism & community, & investing in the things that make our community stronger.
O - Organize
Organize action by increasing awareness & understanding through content that starts a conversation while also promoting involvement in one's community & the world.
T - Team-Up
Team-up with others to be the change the world needs & to promote the development of understanding, compromise, & solutions for the issues that affect us.
I - Inspire
Inspire people to get involved in building their own communities, to develop awareness & solidarity, & discover the commonalities they share with others.
O - Overcome
Overcome barriers, break down stereotypes, & bridge the gaps in our communities & generations through action & by example to overcome issues plaguing our society.
N - Nourish
Nourish the idea of a better world, human dignity, objectivity, respect, & social responsibility to lessen the divide & promote unification.
